Reading
It is proven that your child's probability of having a successful academic career and becoming a reader is greatly increased if they are reading prior to entering 1st grade. Give your child the opportunity to start in the front of the class.
Revisit Concepts
Mastering foundational concepts is crucial for success as your child progresses through school. If your child missed or did not master reading and/or math concepts in previous grades, understanding of next grade material becomes more difficult. As time passes the deficit becomes greater. This lack of understanding can create students who are no longer interested in learning. If your child is experiencing gaps, DO NOT wait. Let's fill in the gaps as soon as possible.
Managed Repetition
Retention is greater when a student sees material more than once. This is true for all of us. Lesson planning for your child is completed on a weekly basis. If it is shown that he or she will benefit from completing the material again, then the material is re-assigned. Repetition is not automatic, but rather managed for your child's speed of mastery.
Gain Academic Confidence
Without academic confidence, academic success is almost impossible. Our program is designed to give your child the confidence needed to succeed by allowing them to start with material they are already familiar with. This process may seem redundant; however, it is a crucial stage to start building an environment that is conducive to the enjoyment of learning.
Advance Beyond Grade Level
When students begin to perform above grade level, they become different types of students in school. Their confidence skyrockets, they move to the top of their class, and they are more willing to be challenged in advance material. Our goal is to get all our students to this level of success. With this success our future leaders face the world with excitement and the tools to be whatever they want to be.
